Working principle

The turbine rotor spins as shown in Figures 1–4, drawing air into the space between the turbine stator and rotor. As the crescent-shaped compression chamber gradually decreases in volume—reaching a symmetrical point—the compressed air is discharged through the central air outlet.

TÜV-certified, oil-free, equipped with an ISO 8573-1 Class 0 exhaust system;

Low vibration under standard conditions, <7.1 mm/s, leading in its class;

Ultra-quiet, <60 dB, 3.7 kW per head;

Stable under high pressure, with no reduction in output or lifespan;

Maintenance-free, with a service life of 10,000 hours;

High efficiency and low power consumption deliver superior energy performance.

2. Compressor volumetric flow is tested under loaded conditions complying with GB/T3853 (equivalent to ISO1217) and GB19153-2019.

3. Standard power supply: 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz. Earthing is mandatory. For custom power supply, water-cooled units, units with different discharge pressures and other special requirements, please contact your sales representative.
