Specially customized screw compressor airend

Integrated/Modular coupling‑type airend, high‑precision rotor, ample power, and high gas output; features helical gear technology, low energy consumption, low noise, and reduced maintenance costs.

High-performance vector inverter

Quickly track pressure changes, keep pressure fluctuations within 0.01 MPa, and, leveraging robust power, precisely deliver the required air volume.

Multi-duct fan cooling system

It employs a high-efficiency finned‑type large‑area heat exchanger, delivering 30% excess cooling capacity for superior performance. Electrical and cabinet heat dissipation are separated, enabling operation in ambient temperatures as high as 50°C while ensuring stable, long‑term operation without tripping.

Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchanger Dryer

Stainless steel plate‑type freeze‑drying air dryer, with a pressure dew point as low as 3–5°C, oil content as low as 0.001 ppm, and particle filtration accuracy down to 0.01 µm, ensuring that laser cutting receives clean, dry, and stable compressed air.

IP55 motor

High-efficiency permanent magnet, with a transmission efficiency of 98%, low energy consumption and minimal maintenance; stable operation, low motor noise, and high gas output; optional bearingless motor.

Large-capacity gas storage tank

The function of an air receiver tank in an air compression system is to provide buffering, ensuring a more stable air supply and reducing the frequency of compressor startups. Additionally, allowing compressed air to settle within the tank facilitates the removal of moisture and contaminants.

Precision compressed air filter

Filtration and dust removal accuracy: 1 µm (98% of particles are captured); large filter‑element contact surface for extended service life.
