Compressed air is a safe and reliable power source in modern industry, prized for its flexibility, environmental friendliness, safety, and dependability. However, these advantages can only be fully realized when the compressed air is clean. Dust particles are ubiquitous in the atmosphere; once drawn into the compressor, they become concentrated. Moreover, depending on the compressor type, varying amounts of oil—and even fine oil mist—can enter the compressed‑air system. Combined with corrosion and other adverse effects in humid air systems, these issues pose significant challenges to industrial operations. To address these long‑standing problems faced by industrial enterprises, our goal is to handle the largest possible flow rates using the smallest possible filter media, achieved by folding and layering multiple filtration materials.
